A Word From Our Director

Frank Brigham - Director of Construction

As Director of Construction at d32 Builder my role is to oversee and coordinate various parts of all construction projects that D32 Builder is actively developing. My involvement starts at conception and extends to completion of all our projects. My oversite encompasses planning, budgeting, scheduling, directing, contract negotiations, billing and contracting procedures, coordinating the activities of employees and sub-contractors, selecting subcontractors, and monitoring the overall performance of both our projects and our resources, while monitoring costs and mitigating risks that are inherent to our industry.
